Stillform products open with standard tools. High-wear parts remain separate modules. Core functions work without an account or permanent connection. Packaging, service documentation, and spare-part pricing are designed alongside the object—not after it.

Will the products work without an account?
Yes. All primary functions and local preferences work without an account, subscription, or internet connection.
What can be repaired?
Cables, power supplies, batteries, controls, light engines, and port boards are designed as replaceable service parts.
How long is the warranty?
Products carry a five-year warranty. User-replaceable cables and wear parts carry two years. Paid repairs remain available after warranty.
Do you support workplace projects?
Yes. Trade support includes samples, specifications, finish guidance, project pricing, and coordinated delivery.
