The serial number sits beneath the removable base plate. It identifies the finish, production run, electronics revision, and warranty date without exposing personal account data.

Every Stillform product carries a five-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Cables and user-replaceable wear parts carry two years. Damage outside warranty can still be assessed and repaired at a published parts-and-labour price.
